Is this an Atlas Copco-branded part?
No. We build to the engineering drawings for 3201195726/3201 1957 26, using equivalent or better materials, but it ships without an OEM brand stamp. Fit, bolt-hole alignment, and port positions are identical.
Will it fit my older Atlas Copco ROC L8?
Yes, if your machine’s parts book lists 3201 1957 26 for the front head water plate. Measure bolt-center distances if you’re unsure – we can confirm with a drawing before you order.
What symptoms mean the water plate needs replacing?
Water dripping from the front head joint, flushing pressure dropping at the bit, or visible pitting on the plate face when you remove it for inspection. Also replace it during any front head rebuild as preventative work.
What kind of sealant or gasket do I need?
The plate seals against an O-ring (part 0663983200, sold separately) or you can use a thin bead of Loctite 518 on the housing face. We include torque specs in the install sheet – over-tightening won’t fix a bad surface.
