Will this stop ring fit my RD22U or do I need a serial number break?
It replaces 3201195127 on standard RD18U and RD22U models. If your rig had a mid-life update or field modification, check the part number stamped on your old ring. We can cross-check with photos if you’re unsure.
What’s different about HUATAI’s ring compared to a cheap import copy?
We use the same base alloy and heat treat to the same hardness window as the OEM print. Cheap copies often skip the induction hardening or use a generic steel that mushrooms under load. Ours doesn’t.
How fast can you ship?
If it’s on the shelf, 1–2 business days to get out the door. Air freight to most regions lands in 3–7 days. If you’re in a bind, we can quote next-flight-out – just ask.
Do you back this with any warranty?
12 months on material or workmanship defects. If it wears out in two weeks, it’s probably a housing alignment issue – but we’ll still help you figure out what’s going on.
I don’t see RD20 in your list – can I use it there?
No. This ring is specific to RD18U and RD22U front-end geometry. For RD20, you’ll need a different part number. Give us your machine model and we’ll point you to the right one.
Any tricks to installing it?
It’s a drop-in part. Clean the housing, check for burrs, and make sure your piston isn’t scored. If the old ring was hammered out, inspect the adjacent sleeve – sometimes wear comes in pairs. No special tools needed if everything’s in spec.
