Do I get both the cup seal and the O-ring?
Yes. The set includes the cup seal ring (3115336500 or 3115324500) and the O-ring 0665100012. We don't split them because you'll need both during a front head service.
Will this fit a Cop 1238 or Cop 1838?
No, this specific set is for the smaller shank drills — RD 22U, RD 18U, Cop 1028, Cop 1132, and the RR11/RR14 rotation units. For Cop 1238/1838 series, we carry the 3115238600 or 3115233300 cup seals. Check the listing or message us with your drifter model.

What's the actual seal life?
Depends on your percussion hours and how clean your hydraulics are. In normal hard rock drilling, most shops replace them at every front head rebuild — typically 400–600 percussion hours. If you see oil misting around the front guide before that, swap it early.
Can I buy just the O-ring 0665100012?
We stock it separately, but honestly — if the cup seal is worn enough to leak, the O-ring has seen the same heat and pressure cycles. Doing both now avoids pulling the front head apart again in a month.
