How do I know if my diaphragm is worn out?
Common signs: the hammer hits irregularly, impact pressure fluctuates without adjusting controls, or you notice black bits of rubber in the hydraulic oil sample. If the hammer stops completely under load but the carrier's hydraulics check out fine, the diaphragm is often torn.
Will this fit a COP 2560 built before the Epiroc name change?
Yes. The 3115182201 diaphragm is backwards compatible. Atlas Copco-branded COP hammers use the same part. The only change is the branding on the box.
How long does delivery take to a mine site outside Europe?
Most orders go out within 1-2 working days if we have stock in your region. For remote sites we typically use DHL or FedEx Priority, which runs about 4-7 working days. Give us the site address and we'll confirm a delivery window before you pay.
Can I replace just the diaphragm or should I buy a full seal kit?
If you caught the failure early and there's no damage to adjacent sealing surfaces, a standalone diaphragm works. If the hammer has been running rough for a while, a seal kit often makes more sense to avoid opening it up again in a few hundred drill meters.
