Is this an original Sandvik part?
No, it’s an OEM-spec aftermarket slide piece. It matches the Sandvik drawing and material spec. We’ve been supplying these for years and they hold up the same in daily production drilling.
Will it fit my Tamrock TB40?
Yes, the 33001698 slide piece fits TB40 and TB60 rigs. If your machine still has the original feed beam, it’s a direct bolt-on replacement. Send us your serial number and we’ll double-check before shipping.
What material and hardness are we talking about?
It’s a wear-resistant alloy steel, with the sliding face induction hardened to around 55–58 HRC. That gives it decent life in abrasive dust and wet muck without getting brittle.
