How long do these last compared to the original Epiroc part?
On the sites we track, Huatai rings are averaging about 92% of the OEM lifespan. In most ground conditions you'll replace them at roughly the same service interval. We publish those numbers so you can plan your maintenance, not guess.
Do I need to replace anything else at the same time?
At minimum inspect the piston guide bush, thrust bearing, and seal ring when the stop ring comes out. If the guide bush is scored or the bearing shows flat spots, swap them. It's a cheap way to avoid a comeback.
