Will this stop ring handle a full shift on hard granite?
Yes — that's what it's designed for. It's an OEM Epiroc part made from the same spec steel as the drifter internals. In normal conditions on a well-serviced COP 1838HD+ you'll get solid life out of it before you need to swap.
How can I be sure it's a genuine Epiroc ring?
We only source through Epiroc's authorised channels. The part arrives in factory packaging with Epiroc labels. You're getting the same ring your local dealer would hand you — just faster and often at a better price.
My rig doesn't have the serial plate anymore — can you still confirm fit?
Send a photo of the piston area and any numbers stamped on the drifter body. Our parts guy can usually match it in a few minutes. Or if you have the old ring, measure the OD and bore and we'll check it against the 3115534020 drawing.
When will the ring land on my site?
We ship same day if ordered before 2pm (local time). DHL or FedEx usually gets it to most sites in 5–10 working days. If you're down and need it yesterday, we can jump to priority freight — just ask.
